WBM of Arlington has an amazing team on a top down basis and are very pleasant to work with. I found Them through cargurus and I just financed my second car through them. Was looking for a mini Cooper for a while and found one at wbm. Called the salesman Devon and set up an appointment. The entire process start to finish took maybe 2 hours, from test drive to driving off the lot. Devon made the entire process quick and enjoyable. Will be recommending for friends.

John was awesome to work with, gave me a nice quick tour of DC on our test drive. Car was in the condition he said it would be in, which helps when driving 300 miles for it. Very professional, couldn't reccomend them more.

I worked with Alfonso on the purchase of my car, but it was Tony the Sales Manager that made my car buying process amazing. I went in with a price in mind and he took the time to sit with me and explain why the car was priced the way it was priced and the best price possible (which was the internet ...price). He gave me a decent price from my trade in and allowed me to use my own lender for the loan. It was a great great experience. I love my car and it was all thanks to Tony! Show more

Excellent dealership worked with me even when I was apprehensive about buying the car at first . First class people. Tony the manager helped me with anything and everything that I needed and was very personable and professional. Hands down best car buying experience ever. GO SEE JOHN!! Never dealt with a better salesman than him. Had a horrible experience at Darcars 3 years ago and with another dealership in Arlington, but WBM far exceeded my expectations. I walked into the dealership with my whole family, kids and all, ev...en went on 3 test drives with my 3 children, and John came along for the ride and did not mind at all. He was super friendly to the kids, offered them drinks and food and most importantly, he was patient with us-- Lord knows he had the patience of virtue! John and the owner (or manager), Tony, who was also a rockstar, worked with the numbers to get us the best deal. John waited until I price checked several insurance companies to get the better deal and did not once make me feel rushed or an inconvenience. Can't say enough about John and WBM of Arlington. Definitely will buy my next car from them and recommend to friends and family. Show more

Had a great experience working with Arash. Got me all set up in my new truck. Highly recommend this place. I had to come back a few times, but they were always helpful and got me out the door rapidly once I was ready to commit.
